Consumer guarantees apply under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions negates these rights.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in unused, saleable condition. We will refund the full value of the items ordered to your original payment method. Freight charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to return your product/s please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Returns without this will not be accepted.
Buyer pays all return freight costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Item Received.
We accept returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:
- The product/s delivered are different to the product/s you ordered.
- The product/s delivered to you are faulty or in a damaged condition.
If you wish to return product/s please contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Please provide valid reason for your return request and attach a photo to support your request.
If approved, we will send you an Australia Post return shipping label to return your goods. You may choose between an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
