Advice from Australia Post for WA customers: Due to Western Australia's severe weather, expect 1-2 day delays for deliveries to WA. Some may experience up to three-week delays for affected items on trains. Express Post services are unaffected.


Christmas Despatch Guide


The holiday period is a busy time not just for us but for our couriers as well.
Because of this we recommend placing your order on or before the following dates:
 

In stock items by Monday, 18th December.

Custom orders screen print artwork should be approved to print before Friday, 1st December. Digital print artwork must be approved to print by Thursday, 7th December.
For timely January delivery, custom artwork should be approved by Wednesday, 11th December.

Flagworld will be closing for the Christmas period from December 22nd, with production recommencing on January 10th.

Despatch Information

All of our flags and printed products are manufactured at our Australian manufacturing facility in Melbourne, meaning we can send your product promptly. We also stock a wide range of flagpoles and other accessories.


Items that are in stock will be shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm Monday – Friday. However, at times of high demand this may occur the next day.

Items that are in stock and ordered after 12pm will be sent the following business day.

Items not currently in stock and needing to be printed will be sent within 5-7 business days. Fully sewn flags needing to be manufactured may take up to 10 business days.

 

Custom orders are typically send within 7-15 business days following artwork approval, depending on complexity and volume. For further information, feel free to contact your dedicated Account Manager.

 

Store Pick-Up (Click and collect)

You may opt to collect your goods from our warehouse at no charge by selecting this option at checkout.

We are located at 22-24 Miles Street, Mulgrave, Victoria.

 

Delivery Carriers and Timeframes

Items less than 1 metre length are sent with Australia Post. We offer Standard and Express options where available.

Large items over 1 metre will be sent via our road freight partner Direct Freight Express.

Please note: We cannot guarantee next-day delivery.

 

Whilst we work to ensure coverage for all our customers unfortunately we cannot offer Express for every destination. Additionally, although we despatch our Express orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee same-day despatch for Express orders.

Our freight charges are calculated at checkout. Costs will depend on the delivery address and the quantity, weight and size of items ordered.

International Shipping

We deliver Internationally via Australia Post. Charges will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: We do not offer large items over 1 metre to be shipped internationally. These items added onto international orders will result in order cancellation. If you are unsure, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.
